Take particular care if your search results show a destination called Egypt in the United States. Egypt (USA) is also on our international delivery list, but it is a separate destination from the country of Egypt. Check both the country and city on the page before selecting your bouquet or entering an address.

For orders abroad, prices are already converted to rubles and include delivery. Online checkout uses CloudPayments; check the payment options displayed there before proceeding. Acceptance of every foreign card is not guaranteed, so do not assume that a card issued in your country will necessarily work simply because the delivery destination is abroad.

Flower meanings vary between people and cultures; your own words provide more reliable context than colour alone.

For condolences, choose a restrained arrangement and keep the message personal and simple. If the recipient has a particular religious or family tradition, check what is appropriate before ordering. The same care helps with celebrations: a bouquet should reflect the person receiving it, rather than depend on assumptions about what everyone in Egypt might prefer.

Prepare the address, delivery timing and message

Write the address as the recipient would normally use it, preserving the spelling of the street and building name. Include an apartment number or other essential location details where applicable. If flowers are going to a hotel, provide the guest’s name as used for the booking and discuss any reception arrangements before relying on them.

Agree delivery timing for the Egyptian destination before making plans that depend on a particular arrival hour. Our Russian express delivery estimates and time windows do not establish the schedule for Egypt. For a birthday, anniversary or other date-sensitive gift, explain the occasion and the intended date when discussing the order details.

Keep your card message short enough to read comfortably, but specific enough to sound like you. A personal line such as “Thinking of our walks by the sea—happy birthday, Maya” says more than a string of general wishes. Include your name if you want the recipient to identify you, and check the spelling of names and any text in another language.

Help the recipient enjoy the bouquet for longer

A bouquet will be easier to enjoy if the recipient can put it in water promptly. When you know they will be away from their usual address, discuss a suitable delivery location and date before ordering. Consider their space, too: a manageable arrangement can be a thoughtful choice for someone staying in a hotel room or working at a small desk.

For a hand-tied bouquet intended for a vase, use a clean container and fresh water. Recut the stem ends with a clean, sharp tool, and remove any leaves that would sit below the waterline. If flower food is supplied, follow its instructions. An arrangement in floral foam needs a different approach: keep its water-holding base moist instead of pulling the stems out.

Place cut flowers away from direct sunlight, heaters and strong air-conditioning draughts. Check the water regularly, refresh it when it becomes cloudy and remove fading flowers as they decline. Keep the bouquet away from ripening fruit as well. These everyday care steps are useful guidance, but the flowers and conditions in the room will affect how long the arrangement lasts.

If you are arranging another gift for someone in Russia, we deliver flowers across the country. City delivery costs 500 RUB; for remote districts and suburbs, the operator confirms the price when confirming the order. In large Russian cities, express delivery is available in 1–2 hours after order confirmation. Other options are an exact time with a tolerance of plus or minus 30 minutes, the windows 09–12, 12–15, 15–18 or 18–21, and pre-ordering 1–30 days ahead. Use these conditions for Russian destinations; discuss the available timing separately for your Egyptian address.

For Russian deliveries, the courier calls about 15 minutes before arrival. If the recipient is absent, we agree a second delivery that day or, with your consent, hand the flowers to a neighbour or concierge. Delivery is anonymous by default: the courier does not name the sender, and a card with your text is free. Add your signature to the card if you want the recipient to know who sent the flowers.
