How to Send Flowers Internationally with Turboflora

How to Send Flowers Internationally with Turboflora

If you want to ship flowers internationally, you can order a bouquet for delivery at the recipient’s destination instead of posting fresh stems yourself. Turboflora delivers across Russia and abroad to eight countries, covering more than 60 cities outside Russia. Start by checking the destination, then choose the bouquet and enter the recipient’s delivery details.

For someone ordering from another country, the useful questions are practical: which bouquets are available for that destination, what delivery arrangements apply, and how payment works. A thoughtful choice also takes account of the recipient’s taste, the occasion and how easily they can look after the flowers. Here is how to put those details together.

Check the destination before choosing flowers

Turboflora delivers flowers across Russia. Delivery abroad covers Kazakhstan, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Armenia, Turkey, Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan, with more than 60 cities across those eight countries. Check the complete country and city list on Flower delivery abroad; this page is in Russian. Choose the destination before settling on a particular bouquet.

For an order abroad, choose your bouquet on the relevant country or city page. This keeps the selection and displayed price tied to where the flowers are going. A bouquet you have seen while browsing for one destination should not be treated as confirmation that the same arrangement is available in another city.

Distinguish your own location from the delivery destination. If you are overseas and sending flowers to someone in Russia, the Russian delivery terms apply. If the recipient is in one of the listed countries outside Russia, use that destination’s ordering page. The Russian city delivery fee and express options do not describe delivery abroad.

Choose a bouquet that suits the person and occasion

Begin with what the recipient likes: a favourite colour, a preference for restrained arrangements or an enjoyment of bright, mixed flowers. These details are more useful than choosing only by size. For a desk or a small room, think about where the bouquet will stand and whether the recipient has a suitable vase.

For a romantic gift, roses can communicate your intention clearly, but a bouquet in the person’s favourite colours may feel more personal. For a colleague, a thank-you or a family celebration, let the card explain the occasion. Flower colours have different associations across cultures, so avoid relying on a colour alone to carry a precise message.

When sending to Russia, remember that an odd number of flowers is customary for celebratory gifts when individual stems are counted; even numbers are traditionally associated with mourning. If that convention matters to your choice, clarify the arrangement before ordering. You can browse the Bouquets catalogue with the recipient’s preferences in mind.

Prepare the address and write a useful card

Enter the recipient’s address carefully, including the apartment or office number and any entrance information needed to find them. Check the city as well as the street: similar street names can exist in different places. Provide a recipient phone number that can be reached, and explain any access details that could affect the handover.

For delivery in Russia, the courier calls the recipient about 15 minutes before arrival. If the person is absent, we agree either a second delivery that day or a handover to a neighbour or concierge with the sender’s consent. When planning a surprise, choose an address where the recipient is likely to be available and allow for that call.

Delivery is anonymous by default: the courier does not name the sender. A card with your text is free, so include your name in the message if you want the recipient to know who sent the flowers. A short, specific line often works best: mention the birthday, achievement or shared memory rather than leaving the purpose of the gift unclear.

Arrange the timing for the recipient’s day

Work from the recipient’s local date and daily routine, especially when you are ordering across time zones. A birthday bouquet is easier to receive when the person is at home or settled at work. If you are unsure about the address, timing or card wording, contact a manager on WhatsApp to agree the details.

In large Russian cities, express delivery is available in 1–2 hours after the order is confirmed. Russian delivery can also be arranged for an exact time with a margin of plus or minus 30 minutes, or within the windows 09–12, 12–15, 15–18 and 18–21. Orders can be placed 1–30 days ahead; choose the arrangement that fits the recipient’s availability.

Treat the confirmation point as part of your planning: the express period starts after confirmation, rather than when you first begin choosing flowers. For delivery outside Russia, agree the timing for the destination instead of assuming the Russian options apply. If the flowers mark a particular event, explain the relevant date and time before finalising the arrangement.

Check the total and pay online in rubles

For an order abroad, select a bouquet on the country or city page, enter the address and card text, then pay online in rubles. The displayed price is already converted to rubles and includes delivery. You do not need to add the Russian city delivery fee to an international destination’s bouquet price.

For delivery within a Russian city, delivery costs 500 RUB. For remote districts and suburbs, the operator confirms the delivery price when confirming the order. If an address is outside the main city area, make that clear while agreeing the details so you can understand the delivery charge applicable to that address.

Online checkout uses CloudPayments. Check the payment options displayed at checkout rather than assuming a card issued abroad will be accepted; acceptance of every foreign card is not guaranteed. For the Russian service terms, consult Delivery and payment. Review the destination, address, message and total carefully before completing payment.

Help the bouquet look its best after arrival

If you would like to see the arrangement before it is delivered, ask the manager on WhatsApp for a photo of the bouquet before delivery. Use that conversation to clarify any important preference, such as the overall colour direction. State what matters to the recipient without assuming that an unconfirmed change or particular flower can be supplied.

Once the flowers arrive, the recipient should use a clean vase, trim the stem ends with a clean, sharp tool and remove leaves that would sit below the waterline. Keep any wrapping that supports the arrangement in place until there is somewhere safe to set it down, then remove outer packaging that prevents the stems from sitting properly in water.

Place the vase away from radiators, direct sun and ripening fruit. Check the water daily, replenish it as needed and replace it when it becomes cloudy, cleaning the vase at the same time. Different flowers have different care needs, so follow any specific care instructions supplied with the bouquet; no single routine can promise a fixed vase life.
