Choose flowers for the person and the space

Begin with what the recipient enjoys. A favourite colour or a preference for simple arrangements is usually a better guide than a rigid list of flower meanings. Prepare the address and agree the delivery details

Enter the recipient’s name, a usable telephone number and the full Ajman address carefully. Include the building or villa identifier, apartment number where relevant, and any access directions that would help someone find the entrance. A familiar landmark can support an address, but it should not replace the details needed to identify the correct building and recipient.

If you are ordering from overseas, write the requested date clearly and specify that any time you discuss is Ajman time. Before making plans around a particular arrival, ask which delivery arrangements are available for your order. The express service and time windows described for Russian cities should not be treated as delivery commitments for Ajman.

Write a clear card and complete payment

A card with your text is free. Delivery is anonymous by default, meaning the courier does not name the sender, so your signature matters if you want to avoid a guessing game. For a professional gift, include your own name or the team’s name in the message. A surprise is usually more enjoyable when the recipient can understand who is thinking of them.

Help the recipient care for the bouquet in Ajman

Once the flowers arrive, bring them indoors promptly and choose a place away from direct sunlight, cooking heat and the direct airflow of an air conditioner. A bright window can become a hot spot even in an otherwise comfortable room. A stable position on a table or sideboard makes it easier to enjoy the bouquet and notice when the water needs attention.

Use the delivery and payment information when planning a Russian order, and keep these timings separate from arrangements agreed for Ajman.

For deliveries in Russia, the courier calls the recipient about 15 minutes before arrival. If the recipient is absent, we agree a second delivery that day or, with the sender’s consent, hand the flowers to a neighbour or concierge.
